we had a lovely stay at alma lodge guest house. the warm welcome and thorough briefing were fantastic, especially after our long drive. the full english breakfast was delicious and just what we needed to kick off our weekend. the cleanliness of the comfort triple room was also appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay with a warm welcome and clean, cozy accommodations. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring a freshly cooked full English, and the hosts were incredibly helpful, offering local insights that enhanced our visit. street noise could be heard at times, which slightly affected the experience.

It was just a top selection for a short break in Plymouth with good value for price. The breakfast was very good and the staff were welcoming. Make sure to utilize the ample parking nearby.

The breakfast was amazing, I mean they had lots of choices, full English cooked to perfection, and yes they even remembered my tea request for later on a busy morning. And then there was this charming tortoise in the backyard, my daughter just loved watching it wander around while we enjoyed our morning coffee.

It wasn't cheap but honestly it was still worth every penny.

just gotta say, we had a lovely time at alma lodge. the room was so comfy and clean. It had this cute ‘hidden’ en-suite that looked like a wardrobe which was super clever. loved the breakfast options, it was delicious, and the owners were really welcoming and helpful. parking was a big bonus too, off street is hard to find these days!

only negatives for me were that the wifi was kinda slow and it could get a bit noisy from the street.

We had a lovely time staying here as a family of three, especially enjoying the super comfy beds and the delicious breakfast that we pre-ordered. It was nice to relax in the cozy atmosphere after a busy day and to have some fun options like board games available. One thing to note is that the shower space was a bit snug, but we really loved our stay overall! 😊
